• Suitable for both cold and hot therapy (Accept temperature:-20~80°C)
• Remains soft and flexible after freezing, even in temperatures as low as -20°C
• Retains heat or coolness for a minimum of 45-60 minutes.
• Cold therapy: Place the pack in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before use.
• Remove and wrap the pack in a dry towel. Apply to affected area.
• Hot therapy; (hot water) place the pack in hot water (max 80 °c) for 10-15minutes.
• Remove and wrap the pack in dry towel. Apply to affected area
• Microwave oven: recommend 1000w (50 second).
• Ensure gel is evenly disturbed in the pack.
• Heat pack for 50 seconds at a low power setting.
• Heating time varies with the power of the microwave.
• If more heat is required, heat in additional 10 seconds increment until desired temperature is reached.
• Allow the pack to rest for 1 minute before application.
