• Cold Therapy Place the pack in a freezer for at least 15-20 minutes before each use
• Hot Therapy Hot Water Place the pack in hot water -max 80℃ for 15-20 minutes, or Microwave oven: recommend 1000w (50 second). Ensure gel is evenly disturbed in the pack. Heat pack for 50 seconds at a low power setting.
• Heating time varies with the power of the microwave. If more heat is required, heat in additional 10 seconds increment until desired temperature is reached.
• Allow the pack to rest for 1 minute before application.
• Remove and wrap the pack in dry towel. Apply to affected area
